Hi its Lindsay, I live on a homestead with my husband Jim, where we raise our own chickens and grow microgreens and an assortment of full size vegetables and berries! in 2020 I had a lot of free time and decided to start growing my own microgreens so I could have fresh greens all year round. One day I woke up and said I wonder if I could just grow microgreens for my job.

Since childhood, I have always been the baker in my family, and in the bakery I am at my most calm, creating inviting scents and bringing joy to those who eat my baked goods.

I noticed that a lot of baked goods available in the store used ingredients that I wasn't comfortable with and set out to create products that were made using the highest quality ingredients, without added preservatives or color enhancers. From these endeavors Lindsay's Local was born.
